HOME AND NURSING HOME VISITS HOCHTAUNUS: Our home and nursing home service focuses almost exclusively on visits of seriously ill people who suffer from a non-curable and advanced disease and who can no longer leave their home setting alone.
WE CLOSE THE CARE GAP
Currently, for elderly patients suffering from chronic illnesses, it is increasingly difficult to obtain sufficient GP care at home or in a nursing home setting.
GPs try their best, but they are often in the difficult positionof having to treat many sick people in their practices as well as having to make an increasing number of home and nursing home visits.
In rural areas, the situation is even more difficult because, on the one hand, there are fewer and fewer GPs and, on the other hand, the distances that have to be covered are significantly greater than in the city.

GENERAL OUTPATIENT PALLIATIVE CARE
We offer our patients, as well as palliative care patients who are being treated by other general practitioners in the Hochtaunuskreis region, the possibility to receive care from the team for gerneral outpatient palliative care.
